Wir gestalten Transfer zwischen Hochschule und Schulpraxis
Das Transfernetzwerk Bildung wurde 2021 auf Initiative der Universität Potsdam und der Pädagogischen Hochschule Freiburg gegründet. Es bietet Akteuren aus Hochschulen (z. B. Mitarbeitenden in Schools of Education, Schulnetzwerk-Koordinator:innen, Mitarbeitenden in Transferprojekten) und Landesinstituten, die Transferaktivitäten unterstützen, einen Begegnungsraum.
